Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt.
  3. Beat eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Add yeast mixture and wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead dough on floured surface 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
  7. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon for coating; set aside.
