Ingredients
- 4 cups corn kernels (frozen, fresh, or canned)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients and prepare corn (thaw frozen, drain canned, or cut fresh).
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and honey to the skillet; stir until butter melts and mixture combines.
- Add corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat evenly. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and add softened cream cheese. Stir continuously until melted and fully combined, about 3–4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir once more to mix seasoning.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use frozen, fresh, or canned corn based on availability.
Adjust seasoning according to taste preferences.
Optional add-ins include chopped green onions, smoked paprika, or red pepper flakes.
