- 1 package of crescent rolls
- 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Baking Pan: Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll Crescent Rolls: Open the package and unroll the dough onto the prepared pan. Press triangles together to form an even rectangle with no gaps.
- Melt Butter: In a small bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of butter in the microwave for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
- Brush Butter on Dough: Evenly brush the melted butter over the entire surface of the crescent dough.
- Mix Cinnamon Sugar: In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cinnamon and stir until well blended.
- Sprinkle Mixture: Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the buttered dough, covering all edges.
- Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool Slightly: Remove from oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Optional Toppings: Add glaze, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or fruit if desired.
Notes
For a richer flavor, try brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
Ensure crescent rolls are pressed together to prevent separation during baking.
