- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
- Place the florets in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss again until all florets are well coated.
- Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast and toss to combine.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between florets.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the cauliflower florets to promote even crisping.
- Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
Customize seasoning by adding chili flakes, curry powder, or fresh herbs as desired.
Use nutritional yeast to keep it vegan-friendly.
