- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 4 to 5 ripe bananas, sliced

- 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Pour batter into the dish evenly.
- Slice bananas and layer them over the batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Optional: add chopped nuts for texture.
Can substitute milk with plant-based alternatives.
For gluten-free, replace flour with gluten-free blend.
