Instructions

  1. Place crushed vanilla wafers in a large mixing bowl. Add finely chopped nuts if desired and mix.
  2. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
  3. Gradually pour in sweetened condensed milk, stirring continuously until the mixture holds together.
  4. Add Fireball cinnamon whiskey slowly, mixing to distribute flavor evenly.
  5. Fold in turkey bacon bits or chicken ham for a savory-sweet twist if desired.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using hands or a cookie scoop.
  7. Chill balls on a parchment-lined tray for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt semisweet chocolate chips and dip chilled balls into the chocolate until fully coated.
