  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 jalapenos, deseeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup chicken ham, diced
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped chives or green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel cucumbers if desired. Slice thinly and place in a bowl. Sprinkle lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble once cooled.
  3. Dice chicken ham into small cubes.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Deseed and finely chop jalapenos. Stir into dressing or mix directly with cucumbers depending on desired heat level.
  6. Drain cucumbers and combine with chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon. Pour dressing over top and toss gently until evenly coated.
  7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
