  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 8 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 300g spaghetti pasta
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g chicken ham, diced
  • 100g turkey bacon, chopped
  • 150g cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish with butter or olive oil.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham and chopped turkey bacon to the skillet. Cook until lightly browned and slightly crispy.
  5. Reduce the heat to low. Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat every strand in the sauce.
  7. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, reserving a small amount for the topping. Fold in optional vegetables if desired.
  8. Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
  10. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
