  • 23 leaves of fresh lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or light spread
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into medium-thick rounds.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy; drain excess fat with paper towels.
  3. Lightly warm the chicken ham slices if preferred.
  4. Slice cheese to desired thickness.
  5. Optionally toast the bread for added crispness.
  6. Spread mayonnaise evenly on each slice of bread. Add mustard if desired.
  7. Layer lettuce on one slice of bread to prevent sogginess.
