  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the crackers using a rolling pin or heavy pan. Set aside half for the topping.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
  4. In a large serving dish, layer half of the crushed crackers on the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries evenly on top.
  7. Repeat layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved crushed crackers and optional nuts on top.
  9. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
