Ingredients
- Large marshmallows
- Caramel squares (optional)
- Orange candy melts
- White chocolate (or vanilla candy coating)
- Semi-sweet chocolate
- Orange sprinkles or sanding sugar
- Lollipop sticks or skewers
- Vegetable oil or shortening (optional, to thin coatings)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place four marshmallows on each lollipop stick, pressing gently to secure. Optionally, roll in melted caramel for an extra layer.
- Melt the orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Thin with a teaspoon of vegetable oil if needed.
- Dip each marshmallow skewer into the orange candy coating, turning to cover all sides. Tap off excess and place on the parchment-lined tray.
- Sprinkle orange sanding sugar over the coated marshmallows before the coating sets.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using the same microwave method. Transfer to a piping bag or plastic bag with a small tip and drizzle chocolate over the marshmallows in a zig-zag pattern to mimic Tigger’s stripes.
- Allow the chocolate drizzle to fully set before serving.
- Optional: For a caramel layer, dip marshmallows in melted caramel before coating with orange candy melts and sugar.
Notes
For best results, use large marshmallows.
Adjust drizzle patterns to make each Tigger Tail unique.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
