- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well blended.
- Cut cold butter into small cubes and add it to the dry mixture.
- Blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, leaving some small butter pieces intact.
- Pour in whole milk and stir gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, melt unsalted butter and mix it with chicken broth until well blended.
- Pour the melted butter-broth mixture into the prepared baking sheet.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, dollop generous amounts of dough over the melted butter-broth mixture in an even layer.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
Notes
Store leftover biscuits in airtight container.
Reheat biscuits in oven for crispiness.
Serve with honey or jam spread.
Use cold butter for flaky texture.
