- 1 pound lump crab meat, fresh or canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream, full-fat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, plain or seasoned
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 1 cup of creamy Alfredo sauce. Blend these together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in 1 pound of lump crab meat and 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of paprika into your mixture. Stir gently until evenly distributed throughout the crab mixture.
- Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour your crab mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Generously sprinkle about 1 cup of breadcrumbs over the top of your casserole.
- Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve warm right from the oven.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Reheat in the oven for best results.
Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
