  • 1 pound lump crab meat, fresh or canned
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream, full-fat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, plain or seasoned

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and 1 cup of creamy Alfredo sauce. Blend these together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 1 pound of lump crab meat and 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of paprika into your mixture. Stir gently until evenly distributed throughout the crab mixture.
  5. Grease a medium-sized baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  6. Pour your crab mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Generously sprinkle about 1 cup of breadcrumbs over the top of your casserole.
