Scale
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces salami, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (e.g., dill or chives), finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
Instructions
- Start by assembling all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- Make sure your cream cheese is softened by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with finely chopped fresh herbs and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Mix until smooth and set aside.
- Lay out slices of salami on a clean surface, slightly overlapping them to create one large rectangle.
- Using a spatula or butter knife, spread an even layer of your herb-infused cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the salami rectangle.
- Sprinkle diced bell peppers and fresh spinach evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll up your salami into a tight cylinder.
- Once rolled, press gently to seal.
- Wrap your roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- After chilling, slice into bite-sized pieces.
