Instructions
- Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl and let it sit at room temperature until soft.
- Add sour cream to the bowl with the cream cheese and mix until blended seamlessly.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder and pour in lemon juice while continuing to mix.
- Gently fold in chopped fresh herbs and diced bell peppers using a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the mix and give it one last gentle stir before transferring it into a serving dish.
- Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour before serving; garnish with additional herbs if desired.
