Scale
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee (remaining)

Instructions

  2. Stir gently, cover, and let it steep in the fridge overnight.
  3. Strain out the coffee grounds using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth the next day.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter with ¼ cup of your brewed cold brew coffee until smooth.
  5. Whip ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. In another glass or bowl, combine ½ cup of the remaining cold brew coffee with ½ cup of milk or dairy alternative and stir well.
  7. Grab a tall glass and layer half of your milk-coffee mixture, followed by half of the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Add another layer of milk-coffee mix before topping it off with whipped cream.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
  10. Garnish your Peanut Butter Cream Cold Brew with extra chocolate syrup if desired, serve immediately, and enjoy!
