- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee (remaining)
- chocolate syrup, to taste
- cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare your cold brew coffee by mixing 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a large jar or pitcher.
- Stir gently, cover, and let it steep in the fridge overnight.
- Strain out the coffee grounds using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth the next day.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter with ¼ cup of your brewed cold brew coffee until smooth.
- Whip ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- In another glass or bowl, combine ½ cup of the remaining cold brew coffee with ½ cup of milk or dairy alternative and stir well.
- Grab a tall glass and layer half of your milk-coffee mixture, followed by half of the peanut butter mixture.
- Add another layer of milk-coffee mix before topping it off with whipped cream.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
- Garnish your Peanut Butter Cream Cold Brew with extra chocolate syrup if desired, serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Reheat gently on low heat.
