- 1 package frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup pimento cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, sharp
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped finely
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, pimento cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Pop that beauty into your preheated oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until it’s golden brown on top and set in the middle.
- Once baked, pull it from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional green onions if desired and serve immediately.
