Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, pimento cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
