Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, imitation crab meat, and room temperature cream cheese. Mix until fully blended.
- Fold in thinly sliced bell peppers into your creamy mixture.
- Lay out one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread about half a cup of your shrimp-crab filling evenly across the tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges. Drizzle with salsa according to your taste preference.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll up the tortilla tightly but gently; tuck in the edges as you go along.
- Cut each rolled-up tortilla into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
