Instructions

- Add sour cream to your bowl of cream cheese. Blend them together until you achieve a luscious, creamy consistency.
- Sprinkle in chili powder and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Fold in diced green onions and bell peppers.
- Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon. Stir well.
- Cover your bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
