- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

- nuts (almonds or walnuts, chopped)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of cottage cheese.
- Using an electric mixer or food processor on medium speed, whip the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy—about 1-2 minutes.
- While blending, wash and slice 1 cup of fresh berries into bite-sized pieces.
- If using nuts, chop them coarsely.
- Once your cottage cheese is perfectly whipped, add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup according to your sweetness preference.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Scoop generous servings of the whipped cottage cheese into bowls (about 1 cup each).
- Top each bowl with sliced berries, a handful of granola, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Garnish with additional fruits if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Reheat gently in the microwave.
Top with fresh fruit slices.
