Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can or package artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons high-quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (like oregano or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine drained artichoke hearts, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and dried herbs. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Spoon the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Press it down gently so each artichoke heart is nicely coated in that cheesy goodness.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of your mixture. Pop it in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Once out of the oven, let your Baked Artichoke Hearts cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley or additional herbs if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
