- 1 cup fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, full-fat
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, smooth
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- additional 1 tablespoon panko breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Gently fold together using a spatula until well combined.
- Sprinkle in Old Bay seasoning and mix gently until evenly distributed throughout the crab mixture.
- Fold in panko breadcrumbs into your mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Spoon your mixture into your prepared baking dish or ramekins. Sprinkle an additional tablespoon of panko breadcrumbs over each portion before baking.
- Place your dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and bubbly around the edges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Reheat gently in the oven.
Serve with lemon wedges and toast.
