Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish with butter or coconut oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fresh cranberries with the juice and zest of two oranges.
  4. Add ½ cup of granulated sugar and sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  5. Gently fold everything together.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  7. Cut in ¼ cup of cold unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  8. Stir in 1 cup of oatmeal until evenly distributed.
  9. Spread the cranberry-orange filling evenly across your prepared baking dish.
