Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, combine your chopped dark chocolate. Stir continuously until completely melted and smooth; remove from heat once done.
- Add sweetened condensed milk to the melted chocolate while it’s still warm. Stir vigorously until well combined – it should resemble a thick pudding consistency.
- Fold in finely chopped nuts, dried fruits, and vanilla extract into your chocolate mixture. Ensure everything is well-coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it firms up enough to handle without turning into a gooey mess.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture with your hands. Roll them into smooth balls, then roll each ball in unsweetened cocoa powder until fully coated.
- Garnish with additional chopped nuts or dried fruit if desired, then serve immediately to enjoy their rich flavor & delightful texture!
