- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of lump crab meat, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 chopped green onions, juice from one lemon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Use a spatula to gently fold in the ingredients until well mixed.
- With clean hands, take about two tablespoons of the crab mixture and form it into a ball. Repeat until all filling is shaped into approximately 12 bombs. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet as you go.
- In another shallow bowl, pour in 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs. Roll each crab bomb in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once ready, place your baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Once baked, remove your Famous Crab Bombs Seafood Dream from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
