- Flour tortillas
- Cooked beef, shredded or thinly sliced
- Provolone cheese, slices
- Beef broth
- Garlic powder
- Dried herbs, like oregano or thyme
Instructions
- Warm up flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- On each tortilla, evenly spread shredded beef and top with provolone cheese slices.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and your choice of dried herbs over the cheese and beef layers.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the roll ups for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve alongside warm beef broth for dipping.
