Delicious honey sriracha brussels sprouts recipe with detailed instructions and nutritional information.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • Brussels Sprouts, fresh and firm
  • 3 tablespoons honey, pure
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, good quality
  • salt, pinch (sea salt recommended)
  • pepper, freshly ground black

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce until well combined.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the halved Brussels sprouts, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the honey-sriracha glaze over everything and toss until each sprout is thoroughly coated.
  5. Spread the glazed Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven once they are perfectly roasted, and give them a little drizzle of extra honey if you’re feeling adventurous.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container.

Reheat in the oven for crispiness.

Serve alongside grilled chicken or fish.

Add lime juice for extra brightness.
