- Brussels Sprouts, fresh and firm
- 3 tablespoons honey, pure
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, good quality
- salt, pinch (sea salt recommended)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce until well combined.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the halved Brussels sprouts, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the honey-sriracha glaze over everything and toss until each sprout is thoroughly coated.
- Spread the glazed Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven once they are perfectly roasted, and give them a little drizzle of extra honey if you’re feeling adventurous.
- Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
Serve alongside grilled chicken or fish.
