Ingredients
- Lobster Tails, fresh or frozen, thawed completely
- Unsalted Butter, high-quality
- Garlic, fresh cloves, chopped finely
- Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- Fresh Parsley, chopped flat-leaf
- Salt, sea salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of each lobster shell from top to bottom, avoiding cutting through the meat.
- Gently pull apart the shell slightly and lift the meat above the shell but leave the end attached.
- In a small bowl, combine melted unsalted butter with finely chopped garlic and fresh lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are blended together nicely.
- Place your prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Brush each tail generously with your garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top according to your taste preferences.
- Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and firm but not overcooked.
- Once baked, remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for an added pop of color and flavor.
- Serve immediately alongside extra melted butter for dipping.
