  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard. Whisk them together until smooth.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of horseradish, the juice from half a lemon, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika to the mixture. Whisk until combined.
  4. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste, starting with about ½ teaspoon each and adjusting as necessary.
  5. Fold in about 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the remoulade into an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store remoulade in airtight container.
