- 2–3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Set up your frying pan on medium heat and add about an inch of vegetable oil.
- Peel and mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the mashed bananas, stirring gently until just combined.
- Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, carefully drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove the fritters from the skillet using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with powdered sugar or serve warm with honey or maple syrup drizzled on top.
Notes
Store leftover fritters in airtight container.
