Instructions

  3. In yet another bowl, whisk together chilled eggnog and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture while whisking continuously. Once fully combined, fold in the whipped cream gently using a spatula.
  5. Spoon your pudding into serving cups or bowls and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and top each serving with additional whipped cream and festive toppings.
