Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare your cookie dough.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then pour in the vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet ingredients while mixing on low speed until just combined.
