Instructions

- Sprinkle in the instant yeast and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.
- Once your yeast mixture is bubbly, pour it into the dry ingredients along with olive oil.
- Stir until everything comes together into a shaggy dough.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead it for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the kneaded dough into an oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size.
- Once risen, punch down the dough gently to release air bubbles.
- Spread it out on a parchment-lined baking tray into an even rectangle.
- Use your fingers to create dimples all over.
- Spoon dollops of jam evenly across the top.
