  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Marinate boneless chicken thighs in yogurt and tandoori spices for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired shape, aiming for about 12 inches across.
  4. Spread marinated chicken evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred on the edges.
  5. In a food processor, combine fresh cilantro and mint leaves, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
