- 4 halibut steaks, fresh
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, and paprika until well combined.
- Place your halibut steaks in the mixture and coat them thoroughly.
- Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Lay the marinated halibut steaks flat in your prepared baking dish.
- Pour any leftover marinade over them.
- Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with additional fresh dill and serve immediately alongside steamed veggies or fluffy rice.

Reheat gently in the oven.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
