Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the ends off 1 pound of fresh green beans.
- Pat the green beans dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
- Whisk the mixture until well blended.
- Add your prepared green beans to the bowl with the oil mixture.
- Toss well until all the beans are evenly coated in the mixture.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the coated green beans.
- Gently toss again until the cheese adheres nicely to every bean.
- Spread the coated green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Shake the pan halfway through roasting to ensure even cooking.
