Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, egg, lemon juice, and cinnamon using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Take your Kings Hawaiian Sweet Bread loaf and carefully slice it horizontally across the top without cutting all the way through.
- Gently spoon your cheesecake mixture into the pocket created in the bread slices and spread it evenly with a spatula.
